For Cheap Eats

The cicchetti Bar and All’Arco  are  my  favorite cheap places to eat in Venice. Two excellent local spots with charming owners and  lovely range of cheap bites. Wine also very good. These two places  are  always packed, not just with visitors. The cicchetti Bar and All’Arco  seems to be just as popular with the locals, which for me is always a good reference.

Aperol Spritz :

Aperol Spritz

Aperol Spritz

The Spritz cocktail is drunk all day in Italy in their café, bars and restaurants, and bakeries. This drink is also called (spreetz) or Spritz Veneziano or just Veneziano. It is made with a liquor name Aperol which is an Italian orange liqueur.

Aperol Spritz is one of the lightest cocktails in the world having only 7 to 8% alcohol by volume. Because this drink is low in alcohol, it is a great way to start your meal, as it is a digestive drink that whets the appetite. If you like Campari you, you’ll love this cocktail.
