- 1 -Large piece ginger

1-To make ginger juice, grate fresh finger using a cheese grater, and then use your finger to squeeze the juice from the pulp. Discard the grated ginger pulp
2-Gently mix the ginger puree juice with the guava nectar in a champagne flute. Slowly pour the Prosecco/Champagne on top garnish with star fruit.
